I'm in a play at PianoFight! We close tonight!!*
The Chronicle gave us a little applauding man (equivalent of 4/5 stars! They "really liked" us!), which you can see for yourself BY FOLLOWING THIS LINK HERE
Mission CTRL, the all-male sketch troupe responsible for The S.H.I.T. Show, produced this play 4 years ago, and now have brought it back for today's theater lovers/duck haters. I play Barri Canteloupe, up-and-coming director of Swan Lake, who takes her cast and crew on a retreat to Duck Lake in Canada to gain creative inspiration. Then, the murders begin. I'm the comedic lead.
The rest of the cast consists of other S.H.I.T. Show-ers plus two new friends. My pal Siobhan Doherty directed us. Britta is our stage manager. Clint is our unforgettable tech guy. Xela did our costumes. Hannah did the set and probably more than we could possibly ever know. Our SFX were invented by the guy who designed GWAR's stage shows, I think.

I feel overwhelmed with gratitude and joy from the satisfaction of performing in this piece and working with such talented, engaging, thoughtful people. And then our friends come to the show and we all get to hang out at PianoFight, which appears to have become my new "third place." It's all pretty great.
